CAPSTONE REQUIREMENT
You are required to complete a brief oral defense of your Capstone case. (As a reminder, case directions and a template can be found on the class page, in the gray class files box.) Your successful completion of the following three steps earns your Capstone certificate. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to read all the steps.
STEP 1 - Make Your Capstone Appointment
Appointments are held between September 6th through the 15th. While choosing your appointment, keep in mind that you will need to submit the completed case at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Use this website to select a time. You can chose to work with "anyone" or select one of our instructors from the drop-down menu.
After you book a time, you will receive an automated email. Save that email! You will use it to reschedule your meeting, if necessary.
STEP 2 - Send Your Completed Case
At least 24 hours before your call, email your instructor your completed case. Please label your document in the subject line "YOUR LAST NAME, YOUR FIRST NAME, Capstone Case." Also, please send documents in a PDF or Word format and not in a web-based format (e.g., a Google Doc).
STEP 3 - Call Your Instructor
When it is time for your call, call your instructor. Everyone's contact info is below. The automated email and calendar invite will also include this information. If your instructor doesn't answer, text them. They are likely on another call and will call you back ASAP!
